Understanding Mission Control
Mission Control is what you see when you open HELM. It's built around one question: what should I focus on right now?
Why not just a dashboard?
A traditional dashboard shows you numbers. Mission Control shows you priorities — today's most important actions, drawn from your actual pipeline, tasks, meetings, and AI activity, ranked by what matters most right now.
What's on the screen
- Today's priorities — the specific things worth your attention today, not a generic to-do list
- Pipeline & revenue snapshot — where deals stand, drawn from your real data
- Meetings & follow-ups — what's coming up and what's overdue
- AI recommendations — proactive suggestions, each explainable on request (why HELM is suggesting it, what informed it, and how confident it is)
- Pending approvals — any AI-proposed action waiting on your decision
- Recent activity — what's happened since you last checked
Nothing here is invented. Every number and recommendation on Mission Control is drawn from your workspace's real data. HELM never fabricates a metric to fill a gap — if there's nothing to show yet, the section says so.
Explaining a recommendation
Click "explain this" on any AI recommendation to see why it was surfaced, what data informed it, HELM's confidence level, and what alternatives it considered. This is available on every recommendation, not just some of them.
